Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. The form asks about your business in plain English. We do the technical work.
How long does it take?
The form takes you about five minutes. We then design and build your website, and tell you when to expect it. Most small sites take a few days.
Can I change the website later?
Yes. Tell us what to change and we will update it.
Do you use my photos and reviews?
Only what you give us. We will never make up reviews, prices or claims. If you have no reviews yet, that part is left out.
Is my website hosted in the UK?
Yes. 12 months of hosting, SSL and backups are included with every website.
How much does it cost?
£299 for a website, one-off. An online shop is from £399. You pay £99 to start and the rest when you are happy. Both include 12 months of hosting, a UK domain and business email. No monthly fees. See pricing.
When do I pay?
A £99 deposit books your build. We design and build your website and send you a link to check it. When you are happy, you pay the rest (£200 for a website) and it goes live. The price is fixed.
Can I get my £99 deposit back?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before we start designing your website. Once we have started, the deposit covers the time we have spent, so it is not refundable. If we cannot build your website for any reason, we refund it in full.
What happens after the first year?
You only renew your hosting, domain and email, once a year. There are no monthly fees. Email info@webpresta.com with any questions.
Do you use WordPress?
No. We build your site ourselves and give you a simple editor to change your words and photos. Nothing to update or patch.
Where are you based?
We are based in Wolverhampton, and build websites for businesses across the West Midlands, Staffordshire and the rest of the UK.
Is a domain name included?
Yes. A UK domain, such as yourbusiness.co.uk, is included for the first 12 months and registered in your name. We check your chosen name is free when you sign up.
Do you offer contact forms or an online shop?
Contact forms are included. Online booking, online payments and an online shop are not part of the standard package. For those, or extra pages or bespoke work, request a quote.
Will my website appear on Google?
We set up the basics: page titles, descriptions, a mobile-friendly layout and a secure address. We cannot promise a position on Google. Our local search guide explains what helps.
Do you write the words on the site?
We write from the answers you give us, and we keep to facts you have confirmed. Check every page before you go live, especially prices and opening hours.
