Terms of use

These terms apply when you use webpresta.com to build and host a website for your business.

Prices and payment

A website is £299 one-off. An online shop is from £399 one-off. Both include 12 months of hosting, a domain and business email. After the first year, hosting, domain and email are renewed yearly. Prices exclude VAT and are shown on the pricing page. A £99 deposit books your build. The rest is paid when you are happy with your website, before it goes live.

Deposit and refunds

The £99 deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we start designing your website. Once design work has started, the deposit covers the time spent and is not refundable. You do not have to pay the rest if you decide not to go ahead, but your website will not go live. If we cannot build your website for any reason, we refund your deposit in full.

Your content

You must have the right to use the photos, text, prices and reviews you give us. We will only publish what you give us, and we will never make up reviews, prices or claims.

Stopping

You can choose not to renew your hosting at any time by emailing info@webpresta.com. If you leave, we help you take your domain with you.

Limits

We build and host the website, but we cannot promise any particular ranking on search engines, or any number of visitors or sales.
