Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the information you give us on webpresta.com.
What we collect
When you use the short form we collect your business name, type of business, what you do, phone number and email address, plus the other answers you give about your website.
When you use a contact form we collect your name, business name, email or phone number, and the message you send.
When you choose a domain, we collect the owner's name, address, phone number and email (and company name for a limited company), because domain registries require them. The domain is registered in your name, so it is yours.
When you log in, we keep a small login cookie so you stay logged in. When you pay, your card details are taken by Stripe; we never see them.
Why we use it
We use it to build your website, to answer your questions, to send you quotes, and to contact you about your website and bills.
Where it goes
Your answers and messages are stored on our server. When you submit a form, we also email them to our team through an email service provider, so we can respond.
Domain owner details go to Hostinger, which registers domains for us, and to the registry for that domain ending (for example Nominet for .uk and .co.uk). We switch on privacy protection where the registry allows it. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies on this site. See cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, change or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@webpresta.com.
